AI-Generated Content Disclosure & Compliance Statement

1. Visible labeling

• A title generated or materially modified with AI carries an “AI Generated” label on catalog artwork, the title detail page, and every episode’s playback interface.
• If only identified episodes use AI, the episode range is disclosed rather than labeling unrelated episodes.
• AI labels are descriptive and do not imply that every creative or editorial step was automated.

2. Production disclosure

Our AI production toolkit may include Gemini Pro 3.1 for text and script assistance, GPT Image 2 for image generation, Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.5 for video generation, and AI voice synthesis tools selected by language and production batch. The exact combination used is shown on each AI-labeled title.

Each AI-labeled title provides a production disclosure covering the content provider, text or script generation, image generation, video generation or animation, and voice synthesis or narration.

3. Editorial and safety review

• AI output is reviewed for unlawful, harmful, sexually exploitative, violent, discriminatory, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate material before publication or continued distribution.
• Synthetic media must not falsely impersonate a real person, fabricate a real event as fact, or conceal material AI alteration where users could reasonably be misled.
• We may remove, relabel, restrict, or suspend content while investigating a credible report.

4. Copyright, likeness, voice, and privacy

• Content providers must hold the necessary copyrights, licenses, performer permissions, likeness and voice permissions, music rights, and data rights for supplied material.
• Prompts, source assets, model records, generation parameters, editing records, and authorization evidence should be retained for audit where applicable.
• A label does not cure infringement. AI content remains subject to the same rights and removal standards as other content.

5. Complaints and corrections

Send AI labeling, copyright, likeness, voice, privacy, or misleading-content reports to lingdanhan777@gmail.com. Include the title, episode, URL, claimed right, supporting evidence, and contact details. We acknowledge complete reports, preserve relevant records, investigate, and communicate the outcome where appropriate.
