Automatic Renewal Subscription Terms

1. Plans and payment provider

The final checkout screen controls if it displays a different promotional price or period. Before purchase, you must actively accept these Subscription Terms and authorize recurring charges.

2. Automatic renewal and charge timing

• At the end of each period, the same plan renews and LianLian charges the authorized payment method unless renewal was canceled in time.
• The Membership Center displays the next renewal date, price, plan, and renewal status.
• We send a renewal reminder at least 3 calendar days before the scheduled charge using available account contact information.

3. Cancellation

• Open VIP & Points → Membership Center → Manage automatic renewal → Cancel renewal.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to prevent the next charge. We show confirmation immediately after the request is accepted.
• Cancellation does not end access immediately. VIP remains active until the paid period expires and then does not renew.
• Canceling a subscription does not refund fees already paid. For incorrect charges, contact customer service for a separate manual review → Approved → refund to the original payment method process. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Price changes and failed payments

Existing subscriptions keep their authorized price. A price increase requires advance notice and renewed authorization. A confirmed failed renewal stops automatic charging; purchase again to authorize a new subscription. Uncertain results are checked against the original order, without automatically submitting another charge. Access may end when the paid period expires.

Your [WEEKLY / MONTHLY] VIP membership will renew on [DATE] for [AMOUNT] [CURRENCY]. Payment will be processed by LianLian Pay using your authorized payment method ending [LAST 4].

To avoid this charge, cancel before [CUTOFF DATE] in Reelano → VIP & Points → Membership Center → Manage automatic renewal. Your access continues through [PERIOD END].
