1. Information we process

• Account information, such as username, internal account identifier, and account status.
• Viewing activity, followed titles, playback position, language, and player settings.
• Purchase records, product, amount, currency, payment status, and LianLian transaction reference. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Technical and security information reasonably needed to operate, diagnose, and protect the service.

2. Purposes and legal bases

• Provide accounts, playback, recommendations, purchase records, customer support, and fraud prevention.
• Perform our contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate security interests, and obtain consent where required.
• We do not sell personal information or use payment data for unrelated advertising.

3. Sharing and international processing

We share only what is necessary with service providers supporting hosting, content delivery, security, analytics, customer support, and payment processing. LianLian processes payment credentials under its own privacy notice. Information may be processed outside your country with contractual and technical safeguards.

4. Retention, security, and your choices

• Account and transaction records are retained for the service relationship and any legally required accounting or dispute period.
• We use access controls, encrypted transport, least-privilege administration, and monitoring appropriate to the information.
• You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability where applicable by emailing privacy@eastentropy.com.

5. Children and changes

The service is not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent to data processing in their location. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where required, an in-service notice.
