1. Contracting party and acceptance

Reelano is provided by Dongchen AI Technology Co., LIMITED (東辰人工智能科技有限公司), company number 80512944. By creating an account, accessing content, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this page.

2. Accounts and access

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
• One account is for the registered user and may not be sold, transferred, or used to bypass access controls.
• We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, rights holders, payment security, or service integrity.

3. Content license and rights

Reelano grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to stream available content. No download, redistribution, public screening, scraping, or commercial reuse is permitted unless separately authorized in writing.

Titles may be supplied by third-party content providers. Copyright, trademarks, performers’ rights, likeness rights, and other rights remain with their respective owners.

4. Paid products

• Eligible payments are processed by LianLian Pay (连连支付). The checkout page displays the product, price, currency, renewal schedule, and payment entity before authorization.
• Weekly and monthly VIP memberships renew automatically until canceled. Point packs and individual episode unlocks are one-time purchases.
• The Subscription Terms and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.
• Purchases are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law and exceptions approved after customer-service review. Incorrect charges must follow: contact customer service → manual review → Approved → refund to the original payment method. Approval is not confirmation that the refund has reached your account.
• Canceling a subscription stops future renewals and does not refund fees already paid. Any refund must be separately reviewed under the Refund Policy.

5. AI-generated content

Content generated or materially modified using artificial intelligence is labeled in the catalog, title detail, and playback interfaces. Per-title production information identifies the disclosed text, image, video, and voice technologies or states when a source provider has not disclosed them.

6. Suspension, law, and contact

We may suspend material breaches after reasonable investigation. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your location. Contact customer support before commencing a dispute so we can try to resolve it promptly.
